Pumpkin Spice Cupcake With Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing:
I made this cupcake for my mother to thank her for helping me with my college applications. I got mostly positive reviews from this one, and my mom even said she liked it better than the almond ones. 
The coffee grinds were a little strong for my taste (considering I don’t like coffee), but the adults really liked the coffee taste.
If I made this cupcake again just for me, I would reduce the Pumpkin Spice coffee grinds to 1 1/2 tablespoons instead of 3.

Toasted Almond Cupcakes with Caramel Frosting:
Notes: These were my first cupcakes I decided to test! I think I did a pretty good job considering my general lack of knowledge in the culinary department.

Callie: 4/5 (because she doesn’t like nuts)
Zoe: 4.5/5
Mom:4.5/5 (personal preference not a huge almond fan, but it wasn’t too strong)
Dad:4.5/5
Me: I thought they were really good. The cake part was light, fluffy, and not overwhelmed by almond flavor. The icing was really good, but perhaps slightly too sweet for the light cake.
